It is not just flattery words without an actual reason. Also, important here is to be genuine. The feeling & emotion behind the word is also important. Send a thank-you note, download from google image, thank you, and send it with the text. Also, you can send what’s up audio recorded in your voice. This applies to any type of relationship. It could be friends, parents, children, partners, peers, colleagues, etc. The more you appreciate in life, the more incident you will get in life to be appreciated. Whatever you give out in the universe, you will get it back. The first person to be benefited from this gesture is YOU. The feeling & emotions are of higher frequency and they will rub you first.
