Gestures could be anything. It could be physical, materialistic things or it could be a simple thing as prepare fruit cake on birthday, decorating the house. Inviting friends at home. Even to the extent of a smile full of love. Gestures are writing thank you in what's up. Appreciating whatever good done. Also gesture of good feeling to the person you don’t like or he is not good with you. Gestures are small but built the relationship. These are the least expensive, many are free of cost. We wait for the other person for the gestures and in the process of waiting, we don’t exhibit it. Go to the extend of appreciating yourself, start with that gesture. Say to yourself, you are wonderful and doing great based on the knowledge and experience you have. This builds up your confidence. We are good at giving good gestures to friends but we take our self very s

eriously. Imagine if your friend comes to you with a sad face saying what has happened to him. What would you do, you give him a good gesture of smiling and saying that it's ok, everything will be fine, don’t be sad. You can improve this. Similarly, I want you to explain yourself when you are sad. This is the foremost important gesture you can give to yourself.
