
Following these 4 steps will ensure, you achieve 100% results.
Step#1: Belief
Write down your beliefs for that category of life or write down beliefs that are required to achieve the goals. Ex. My health is my wealth.
Step#2: Vision
Create a vision, the result of the goals. Visualize, create a vision board & meditate daily on it. Ex. A vision of the healthy body
Step#3: Purpose
Write down why you want to achieve your goals. Clearly state the reasons. This enables you to stick to your plan to achieve goals. Ex. Be a stellar example for my son to show health is most important.
Step#4: Strategy
Write down an Action plan to achieve. What type of exercise (strength training, cardio, yoga, etc.), diet, etc.
Once you write the above 4 steps for each category & review them at a defined frequency, you would achieve your goals.
