How to get perfect weight in 4 simple steps.

This is the simple process I followed to get from 94 kgs to 72 kgs., a reduction of 22 kgs.


Step 1: Visualize Outcome

Stick a previous picture of yourself where you were a perfect weight on the Mirror where you get ready. If you don’t have, get online & stick. When you visualize, you materialize. The brain uses R.A.S. [Retina Activation System]. It would provide the How to achieve the perfect weight. The primary cause is always Thought.

Step 2: Strong Why

This is the most important step in achieving the Perfect weight. When the motivation is down, this will help clarify why you want to have perfect weight. My personal Why is “I want to set a stellar example for my child of what it means to be a self-responsible, conscious human being. I will show him what it means to deeply respect life, longevity, and happiness.

Step 3: Calories In, Calories out – Food

Eat Smart. "As a rule of thumb, perfect weight is generally 75 percent diet/food and 25 percent exercise. An analysis of more than 700 perfect weight studies found that people see the biggest short-term results when they eat smart. Remember calories in, calories out.

Step 4: Workout/Movement

Do what you love. If you love to walk, pls. go ahead, it could be dance, movement, yoga any form of movement. I started with walking & having my habit stack of listening audible while walking. Now I go to the gym.
