
You are, what image you have created about yourself from here onwards change your image & reinvent yourself.
Step 1: Create New Identity
In any category of life, let it be health, relationship, finance, parenting, career, etc, name the old identity & create a New identity you want to have. Name it.
Example: If you are overweight & now you want to be a perfect weight with a shredded body. The new image is of Athlete's body.
Name: Athlete "Your name". Whenever old habits peep in say to yourself, I am Athlete " Your name".
Step 2: Just do it
Just do it. Don't overthink, start working on yourself. Plan your exercise, and diet & start doing exercise.
Bonus Step: Use the 5-sec rule @melrobbins
“The 5 Second Rule is simple. If you have an instinct to act on a goal, you must physically move within 5 seconds or your brain will kill it. The moment you feel an instinct or a desire to act on a goal or a commitment, use the Rule.
I have used this rule multiple times and ripped benefits from it. Do it and you will enjoy it.
