Love is all that is required to change the situation, people, and circumstances & at least change self.
#1: Love is the reason
For any action, the reason is love. You may ask, the robber is robbing due to love and my answer is yes, he loves his family and wants to feed them. Any action arises from love. Love is the reason for everything we do.
#2: Love is our nature
We feel happy when we are in love. Even after we are angry & screaming after a certain time, we become silent and always strive for love. Love is our nature.
#3: Love is all around
For all the actions, the reason is love & our nature is love, we are all connected. Hence love is all around. When it is around, it is easy to get it. The only way to get it is to be aware of it.
