
Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you must convince.
Anything that happens to us starts with the mind & the effect is seen later in the body.
Humans start working on the body (the effect) by dieting, exercising, treating for illness, however lesser focus is on the cause which is seen in the physical.
Few examples :
Overweight: The excess weight is only an outer effect of a deep inner problem. It is always fear and a need for protection. When we feel frightened or insecure or “not good enough,” many of us will put on extra weight for protection. Work on mind my believing & saying to yourself – I love & approve of myself.
Pain: Guilt. Guilt always seeks punishment. Lovingly release your past and say I am free. All is well.
Lower back pain: It’s fear of money. Lack of financial support. You must trust the process of life. I am safe.
Always work on the mind & body will follow.
