
When you are having a stressful situation, always ask yourself: Is it true? Be silent & see what emerges as an answer.
There are no new thoughts, all are recycled ones. Someone has already thought about it. It is the thought and not the reality. Example If someone has not seen you while walking, you interpret that he doesn’t care about you. Ask yourself, Is it true? Once you question the thought, you will know that he could be busy or in rush, could be anything.
You are happy without the thought. Imagine if the stressful thought was not there.
