Progress is more important than the results. Even if the progress is slow, keep a log of it. There are various reasons for this.
Reason #1: Keeps you motivated
When you write your daily process log, it motivates you that you have completed the planned task and you are moving in the direction of success.
Reason #2: Re-direction
When you write, you reflex on the project & take course corrections if any challenges/obstacles are in the way.
Reason #3: Experiences & logs
You create an experience of life & sets of logs that can be used for future endeavors. These logs become your library from which you can pick a given situation.
Reason: 4: Patterns
When you write for a long time, you are about to see the patterns of how you do certain activities, how you behave, what you enjoy & in turn what should be your priority. Success leaves clues
Success leaves clues, keep the clues by writing a progress log.
