We are alive at this moment. We have been given bodies to function. Walk in the woods, run, play, commute, touch & feel our loved ones, and see the beautiful glory of the world. Eat the most delicious food on earth. Be grateful for self and the body, we are with for this life.
#2: Be grateful for Angles
Treat loved ones as angles in our life. They are there to love us. Share flaws to improve. Support us & allow us to grow in life. Be grateful for angles in your life.
#3: Be grateful for this Universe
Be grateful for the universe which provides the most precious, however, everything is free of cost.
The sunshine, the air, the water, the vegetation. Imagining living without this is not possible.
Are you grateful, start journaling on daily basis and be in a state of gratitude which is the best state.
