The only time we suffer is when we believe a thought that argues with what is (reality). This means that you see things without the confusion of your inner chatter. We can know that reality is just good as it is.
Ask yourself whose business you're in mentally. Our stress comes from mentally living out of our own business. If you are living your life and I am mentally living your life, who is here living mine?
Attaching to a thought means believing that it's true, without inquiring, which causes suffering.
Once a painful concept is met with understanding, the next time it appears you may find it interesting.
The next time, you may not even notice it. This is the power of loving what is.
They come to pass, not to stay.
