
It is not what happens to you that make difference, it is how you react to the situation. This philosophy states that whatever is the situation in life, whatever others do to us, whatever is stored for us in life is not important, the most key element to life is how you react. There is always a choice in life. When someone gets angry at you, you have a choice to become like them and disturb yourself and in turn others too or you can simply react more maturely and deal differently. So there is always a choice. Everything in life is the decision you make. Even in an extreme situation, if someone is tying a person and pulling with the cart, he has to choose to get pulled or run with the cart. Every situation offers us a choice. In the same situation, different person has a different choice. For example, many companies got shut down in covid because they made choices based on fear and uncertainty and did not prepare. Few companies make a better choice by learning & upgrading by improving the situation and preparing a plan and in the process become better and not even served but become stronger than earlier. Similarly in personal life too, few sat at home in fear and kept watching tv and eating and added weight and few decided to utilize by learning new skills and exercise at home, got into a better relationship, etc. so it is not what happens to you, it is how you react.
